At the consultation we can discuss a possible treatment plan in advance. The final scope of procedures is set after full dental diagnostics and dental radiography, because some pathology lies under the gums or within the tooth and cannot be assessed during the primary examination.

Pricing questions
No. The COHAT fee is a professional hygiene protocol with diagnostics (including dental radiography within the protocol), not cosmetic tartar removal. Treatment when indicated and anaesthesia are billed separately.
The protocol includes time under anaesthesia for a full tooth-by-tooth assessment, professional hygiene, periodontal examination, radiography, charting and a report. It is not a surface “clean without anaesthesia”.
Basic COHAT includes supra- and subgingival cleaning, AirPolishing, polishing, periodontal examination, assessment of every tooth, dental radiography within the protocol, a dental chart, a PDF report and an individual plan.
Anaesthetic support, consultation, bloodwork and extra imaging when indicated, plus treatment such as extractions, endodontics, restorations, crowns, orthodontics and complex surgery.
A complete COHAT includes dental radiography because much pathology is hidden under the gums. Without films you cannot reliably assess roots and bone — I do not offer a “cheaper without X-ray” option as an equivalent.
Proper professional hygiene with subgingival work and radiography requires general anaesthesia. Surface cleaning without anaesthesia does not replace COHAT and does not provide full diagnostics.
A single-tooth extraction fee cannot be quoted from a photo alone: complexity depends on roots, bone, inflammation and access. After diagnostics you receive an estimate before treatment starts.
For pets up to 20 kg, use the on-page “from” figure for COHAT + anaesthesia. The final estimate is set after diagnostics if extra treatment is needed.
Photos show only the visible crowns. Under the gums there may be pockets, resorption or root disease. The final plan follows examination under anaesthesia and radiography.
Yes. If diagnostics show no treatment is indicated, you pay for the COHAT protocol and anaesthetic support (plus consultation/tests if billed separately) — without extraction or other procedure fees.
The total is made up of the COHAT protocol and separate inhalational anaesthesia provided by a veterinary anaesthetist. The final estimate may change after examination.
